Inlanta Mortgage is pleased to announce it has continued its growth trend with 14 new employees joining Inlanta since May 2013, including three new loan originators and eleven support staff.

New Inlanta Mortgage Employees

Inlanta’s Madison branch added two new Loan Officers, Brian Collins and Dan Roach, to their team, while Loan Officer Dan Ellis joined the Brookfield North branch.

The Marshfield, Wis. office added three new support staff, including Administrative Assistant Erica Leonhard, Processor Sandra Oelrich and Junior Processor Cindy Brown. The Pewaukee, Wis. branch also grew with the addition of Office Assistant Megan Becker and Client Relations Coordinator Tammy Remers. Loan Officer Assistant Ryan Dilba joined the Minocqua, Wis. branch and Loan Officer Assistant Julie Bearden was added to the Kearney, Mo. team. In Illinois, Client Relations Coordinator Seaneen Snider joined the Oak Brook team and Administrative Assistant Ben Bergquist joined the Bloomington branch.

The corporate office in Brookfield also added two new employees to its team, with the additions of Account Executive Gary Grocholski and Disclosure Desk Analyst Sharniece Jamison.

New Mortgage Loan Officers

On the sales side, Loan Officer David Brussat joined the Janesville, Wis. branch. Loan Officers Cindy Breternitz and Stephanie Gador joined the Overland Park team, while Loan Officer Laura Schamberger was welcomed to the Cedar Rapids, Iowa office.

New  Support Team Members

The Indianapolis South branch hired Amy Walters as an administrative loan officer assistant. In Marshfield, Wis., Rachelle Bottlemy joined as a junior processor and Joel Viterna was added in Overland Park, Kan. as a mortgage planner.

The corporate office in Brookfield also added three new employees to its team. Junior Processor Linda Sarandos joined the central processing department and Loan Coordinator Alysia Berg joined the administrative department. Underwriting also welcomed a new Underwriter, Roxanne Paulin, to their team.

Inlanta Mortgage Starts New Year with Seven New Hires

Inlanta Mortgage is pleased to announce seven new hires in January 2013, which included one new loan originator and six support staff.

The Pewaukee, Wis. office welcomes two new employees in January, Administrative Assistant Laura Becker and Social Media Coordinator Heather Doucette. The Oak Brook, Ill. office added Processor Liz Rosa to their team, while the Manchester, N.E. branch added Processor Brenda Dallaire.

In Indianapolis, loan officer Patricia Hammer joined the Shanley Team of Inlanta Mortgage. Hammer brings more than 15 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience to the office and will be able to do business in both Indiana and Kentucky.

The corporate office in Brookfield also added two new employees to its team. Junior Processor Caitlin Clark joined the central processing department, while Loan Coordinator Debbie Itzen joined the administrative department.

Inlanta Mortgage is pleased to announce 2012 was its best year for new hires, with a total of 77 new employees over the course of the year. In just the past month, Inlanta has added three sales and eight support staff.

The Madison, Wis. branch added Loan Officer Lupe Montes and the Augusta, Maine office welcomed Loan Officer Martha St. Pierre. Loan Officer Stephen Speer joined the Oak Brook, Ill. office and the Bloomington, Ill. office welcomed Marketing Assistant Hillary Denham.

The corporate office in Brookfield also saw a number of new hires this month. In the funding department, Closers Matthew Peters and Tina Sprewer joined the team, as well as Shipper Todd Gemmell. The underwriting department added two new Junior Underwriters, Bryan Glass and Barbara Zehren this month. Finally, the information technology department welcomed Systems Manager Diane Myers and the central processing hired Processor Noel Green.

Inlanta Mortgage is delighted to announce the addition of fourteen employees, including four sales and ten support staff in the past month. The company has hired 76 new employees in 2012.

Welcoming New Inlanta Mortgage Employees

The Newington, N.H. branch added new Branch Manager Carol Zink-Mailloux and Jennifer St. Cyr as an administrative loan assistant. At the Manchester, N.H. branch, Jonathan Wagner joined the team as a loan originator.

The Madison, Wis. branch also expanded with the addition of Loan Originator Steve Radlinger and Receptionist Samantha Warden.

Other hires include: Loan Originator Mike Ponce in Oak Brook, Ill. and Administrative Loan Assistant Danna Johnson in Minocqua, Wis..

The corporate office in the Brookfield also added a number of new employees to maintain the high level of support services provided to partners and employees. The underwriting department added new Underwriter Trisha Mulder, while the funding department hired two File Document Review Clerks, Ashley Bruggenwirth and Tammy Baladraf. Clark Jester also joined the team as a government insuring specialist.

Inlanta Mortgage Expands Administrative Team

Inlanta Mortgage Welcomes New Administrative Staff

Inlanta Mortgage is pleased to announce the promotion of Carla Blazek to underwriting manager, as well as new staff additions of Sherri Mayer, disclosure desk analyst and Kerry Heus, closing specialist.

Blazek has been a senior underwriter with Inlanta Mortgage since 2009, but has been in the business for over 20 years. Blazek’s extensive mortgage experience will be an asset to the organization as she assumes her new position. As Inlanta’s underwriting manager, Blazek will continue her duties as an underwriter but will also provide leadership within the department to ensure Inlanta provides the best possible customer service to its partner branches, while maintaining a high quality of underwriting diligence. She will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the underwriting department, evaluating ways to streamline internal processes and reviewing regulatory changes.

Inlanta welcomes Sherri Mayer as a disclosure desk analyst, where she will be responsible for reviewing all loan files for compliance. Mayer previously worked for Inlanta’s Pewaukee branch as processing manager. Compliance is integral to the success of any mortgage company in today’s highly regulated mortgage industry and Mayer will ensure that Inlanta Mortgage’s loan files are consistent with the internal and external policies.

Kerry Heus joins Inlanta’s expanding funding department, as a closing specialist. Heus has been in the mortgage industry for nine years and was brought on staff to assist with the increasing origination volume Inlanta is experiencing.
