Since 1986 when I began my mortgage banking career as a loan officer, I’ve been working with homebuyers to help them select the best loan programs with the most competitive rates and terms. Most of my clients are referred to me by their Real Estate Agent, or referred by a previous client.
I have a passion for my job, and enjoy helping people structure their mortgage financing in such a way that best meets their short and long term financial goals, payment comfort level, and their equity accumulation objectives.
Being proficient in FHA, USDA, VA, Conventional, Fannie Mae HomePath, and 203(k), I have the expertise to handle even the most complex and challenging transactions.
I work hard to help everyone. If somebody doesn’t qualify based on their current credit, income or asset situation, I will provide a game plan to become qualified as quickly as possible.
