I have been in the mortgage industry for the last 10 years with the last 5 years being partner and manager of Inlanta Mortgage. My business is 100 percent referral based. I pride myself in communication with all parties in the transaction as well as delivering exactly as promised.

I love every facet of my job and enjoy meeting new people on an everyday basis. I also sit on the board of the Iowa Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Inlanta Mortgage Advisory Board.

I am proficient in FHA, USDA, VA, Conventional and small commercial financing. I also have many contacts in the area that help me get the tricky deals done. I also enjoy helping local real estate investors close quickly on their investment properties with creative financing.

With all of my experience in the industry I will never turn anyone away. If you can’t qualify for the current programs available I will personally let you know exactly what needs to be done to get you to the closing table. These solutions can be simple and take just a few days or they can be more complex and take months or even years. However, I pride myself on having repeat customer business and people leaving the closing table with a smile on their face.
