Donald Shanley - Branch Manager

Don manages the Louisville, KY and Indianapolis, IN operations for our Branch. They provide lending for the entire States of Kentucky and Indiana. Don is now in his 13th year of the Mortgage Lending Business and absolutely loves what he gets to do. He specializes in the Purchase Market and truly focus's on FHA, USDA, 203k, VA, Conventional, and the Jumbo Loan Markets. His office was recognized in 2010 as the #1 office for both Purchase and FHA transactions and again the top FHA office in 2011. Don was recently elected by the employees of Inlanta Mortgage to be a Member of the Inlanta Advisory Board on which he now proudly serves.

Don is a single father who bravely raised 2 of his youngest 3 children on his own. He now gets the added blessing of spoiling his 4 grandchildren. Don is an active member at Northview Church in Carmel, IN and has coached a men’s softball team there for the last 7 years. He believes he is blessed to manage a TEAM of incredible friends with John, Marena, and Beth who are like family to him, but are also individuals of the highest integrity and work ethic in this industry.
